Contact
Everything starts with an email. There is no form submission here — the forms build a message and hand it to your own email client, so nothing is sent anywhere by this site.
Use one of the two forms. Both build your whole inquiry and copy it to your clipboard, so you can paste it into an email from your own account. Nothing is sent from this site.
That is how inquiries work here for now, and it is deliberate — this site never sends mail on your behalf and holds no contact address.
Which form should I use?
- Standard commission — you know what you want made and have the details: dimensions, material, quantity.
- Passion project pitch — an idea you think would be interesting to build, where the appeal is the problem rather than the output.
What happens next
- I read it and reply, usually within a few days.
- If I take it on, you get a project number and a manual quote.
- Your number appears on the queue.
Before you write
- Sketch or photo links help enormously — anything you already have.
- If it is a repair or a copy of an existing part, say so, and mention anything you know about the material.
- If the part is load-bearing, safety-related, or regulated, say so up front. I will tell you honestly if it is outside what I can responsibly take on.
Please do not send payment details or anything sensitive in a first email. I will tell you what I actually need.
